It's really hard to teach babies how to speak certain words, saying "mummy" or "daddy" is natural, so they normally learn it fast but words like "Jiu Jiu", which means Uncle in mandarin, takes a whole lot longer. Isaac said his first word (I can't remember what) almost half a year ago and since then I have been constantly repeating "Jiu Jiu" to him for countless times, hoping that he'll acknowledge me back with it. Thankfully, he finally caught it today. YES! and the way he said it was totally adorable (you can ask me imitate it when you see me).If I'm not wrong, I'm actually the last person in my family Isaac have yet to learn how to call. Not fair!
That little boy on the left is my nephew Isaac, he's one years old now. The old boy on the right is my dad (Isaac's "Gong Gong") and he's sixty this year. See that smile on my dad's face? Well, there are only two occasions where you'll see my dad smile that big in a photo. First, is when Isaac is around (precious grandson!) and the second, when he strikes lottery. HAHA.
Oh. By the way, it takes a lot of skills to get Isaac to face the camera and take a shot like that. It's also SUPER comical whenever I see my sister try to do that. HAHA.
