Formula 1

It was a car fanatic's dream come true. I finally caught my first F1 race on Saturday (was suppose to go for the Sunday race instead but it clashes with my dad's 60th birthday and 60 only occurs once in a lifetime). You can just imagine the big smile on my face when those million dollar babies zoom pass me with their SUPER loud scream for the first time. Orgasmic man! HAHA.

However, I doubt I'll be watching it again, a one time experience is enough. There isn't much difference watching the race live and at home. Since there weren't much overtaking and accidents to see, most of the time you are just sitting there watching the screen (which playing the same thing as on TV) appreciating their skills when they skim past the side walls by millimeters as they turns. The other perk is of course watching the cars zoom pass in front of you occasionally. So unless it's free again like this time, I won't bother saving for 2010 Singapore GP. I'll save up for the one in Nurburgring instead. =)

I hope Sebastian Vettel wins the race on Sunday.

Update:
Vettel lost. boooooo!

Anyway, since I don't own a DSLR camera, the tag (above) is my one and only souvenir from the race. SADED. How I wish there will be this part before the race where the cars will parade slowly around the track so that fans can snap pictures of the cars in action.
